Stop Killing Lions Protest - London
On 13th September 2017, Paul Tully (Captured in Africa Foundation) has arranged a protest whereby a letter will be handed over to the Zimbabwean Government calling for their country to #StopKillingLions.

Paul says:
My petition is directed at the decision makes, Zimbabwe National Parks and Wildlife Authority (ZimParks) who, following the killing of Cecil, placed a ban on big cat trophy hunting... for just one week, before lifting their ban. 2 years later and another lion, even more in his prime is killed for a trophy. Xanda. So much tourism revenue comes from such lions, Xanda himself had so much more to give, more cubs to sire and more conservation value with him alive. A huge loss finalcially and a huge loss to Africa. Have Zimbabwe, the researchers, conservation officials, governments or we not learned lessons?
Where: Embassy of Zimbabwe, 429 Strand, London
When: 11:00am on Wednesday 13th September 2017
